Maintenance Plan visits can be shared between eligible vehicles within the same household.
For example, if you have a pickup truck and a sedan, both vehicles can use the same plan as long as the plan is purchased using the larger vehicle category.
Each vehicle must meet normal Maintenance Plan eligibility requirements.
FLEXIBLE HOUSEHOLD CARE
Have More ThanOne Vehicle?
Your Maintenance Plan may be shared with another eligible vehicle in the same household once Rivix has confirmed its condition.
If vehicles fall into different size categories, the plan must cover the largest vehicle being serviced, or the applicable price difference will be required.
LIFE HAPPENS
WHEN LIFEGETS MESSY
Maintenance Plans are designed for normal ongoing vehicle care, but sometimes a vehicle needs more than its regular maintenance visit.
Road trips, kids, pets, winter salt, spills, excessive bugs, water spots or unexpected messes can require additional cleaning beyond the normal plan service.
When that happens, your scheduled Maintenance Plan visit still counts as your regular maintenance service.
If the vehicle needs work beyond normal maintenance, such as excessive pet hair removal, stain treatment, extraction, heavy salt removal, major spills, odour treatment, excessive bug removal or water spot treatment, the additional service can simply be added with your approval.
You keep the benefit of your scheduled maintenance visit and only pay for the additional work required beyond the normal plan service.

You don’t lose your Maintenance Plan.
Your regular maintenance service will still be completed. If the vehicle requires additional work beyond normal maintenance condition, we will explain the recommended add-on service and pricing before completing the additional work.
